Clarifications Needed Regarding Your Contract

This article provides essential clarifications regarding common queries related to contracts, specifically addressing notice periods, equipment provisions, and name accuracy.

Key Clarifications

  • Notice Period Discrepancy:

    • If your contract states a notice period of 10 days in section 4.2 but displays 1 day or any other day count at Deel, it is crucial to understand that the SOW (Scope of Work)is the source from it and if is set forth in the SOW that is waht will be counted.
  • Name Accuracy on Contract:

    • If there is a discrepancy in your name on the contract (e.g., "Santiago M Marquardt" vs. "Santiago Marquardt"), confirm whether the name needs to be corrected on the official document. Accurate personal information is essential for legal and administrative purposes.
  • Data accuracty at Deel:

    • If there is a discrepancy in your personal data elsewhere than in the agreement the edits can be done by you at your Deel account and they will be soon approved by us. There is no need to reach out to us for any personal data change at Deel.
