How many hours do Turing talents work daily?
It will depend on the position that you're applying for.
Your contract defines your average expected weekly time commitment, typically 20, 30, or 40 hours per week.
If your agreement is for 20 or 30 hours weekly, we may offer additional hours at your normal hourly rate, which you can accept or decline without penalty or impact to your underlying agreement.
We do not offer additional hours to contractors on 40-hour weekly contracts.
What timezone will I have to work in at Turing?
At Turing, talents have flexible working hours and can work according to their convenience. However, since most of our customers are based in the U.S. and work in PST hours, talents are required to have a 4-hour overlap within this timezone to ensure successful communication and collaboration. The rest of the 4 hours are flexible and up to the discretion of talents. Turing recommends that talents talk to their respective managers and chalk out a flexible work-routine that suits them.
How does Turing track working hours?
Jibble is our designated partner for managing work hours and administrative tasks, including payroll, attendance, timesheets, billing, and project tracking. It is mandatory for all Turing Talents, irrespective of their contract type, to utilize Jibble for these purposes.
