Pre-interview prep call, how it works?

When the customer approves your match, your Talent Operations Specialist will reach out and invite you to a pre-interview prep call.

Before the call, you will be sent a pre-interview prep document with the following information: 

  • An overview of the role & your profile summary.   
  • Tips to be successful in the interview 
  • Tips to be successful after you’ve started working with the customer


During the call, we will go over details about the company, the project, and your role. Your suitability for the role will be evaluated by: your experience, communication skills, level of professionalism, presentation and the quality of your video, audio, and internet connection. You will have an opportunity to ask questions.

Post interview, if you are selected, you will be invited to a client interview. The client may also request you take additional technical tests. If this is required, we will inform you of all the requirements.
