The rigorous vetting process is designed to select the top 1% of remote developers. Every developer at Turing has to clear tests for programming languages, data structures, algorithms, system designs, software specialization, frameworks, and more.
Each of the Turing developers also goes through an automated seniority assessment test comprising 57 calibrated questions in 5 areas — project impact, engineering excellence, communication, people, and direction.
