What is the Turing no-risk trial period?

Turing offers all its clients a risk-free two week trial period. Companies can start working with Turing developers and include them in their teams as part of a working interview for two weeks. If you are not impressed with the developer’s performance, you pay nothing (i.e.,no risk for you). If you are satisfied with the developer, you keep working with them and pay for the trial period. In case you decide to stop after the trial, Turing can also identify the reasons for this mismatch and find you better software engineers who match your needs more accurately and start with their own 2-week trial.
