Turing developers do not need to pay U.S. taxes. However, remote developers are required to follow the tax laws of their respective countries. Turing pays all developers on time and in full. We do not deduct any tax while processing your salaries. Developers are responsible for filing their own individual taxes in accordance with the local laws of their countries. As the salary will be paid via bank transfer, developers might face a small transaction fee while withdrawing their due.
