Turing considers skills and talent over academic qualifications and industry experience, and exceptionally talented candidates have been hired by Turing.com’s customers or for internal roles on multiple occasions in the past. However, Turing recommends developers have at least 3+ years of relevant work-experience after they have completed their college education as the majority of developer jobs that customers bring to Turing are for experienced, senior developers. This clause is not binding though, and every developer is encouraged to give the Turing Tests their best shot regardless.
