In this article, you will find instructions that allow Turing to access your camera and microphone for each browser we support
Chrome
- Open Chrome

- At the top right, click More
Settings.
- Click Privacy and security
Site settings
Camera or Microphone.
- Select the option you want as your default setting.
- To allow a site that you have already blocked: Under "Not allowed," select the site's name and change the camera or microphone permission to "Allow."
Microsoft Edge
- In Microsoft Edge, select Settings and more and then select Settings.
- Select Cookies and Site Permissions on the left side, and then under Site Permissions, select Camera or Microphone.
Opera
To allow or block sites from accessing your camera:
- Go to Settings.
- Click Advanced in the left sidebar, and click Privacy & security.
- Under Privacy and security, click Site settings.
- Click Camera.
- At the top, turn on Ask before accessing (recommended).
- Click Microphone.
- At the top, turn on Ask before accessing (recommended).
You can also set which camera or microphone you wish Opera to use by default, if you have more than one connected to your computer. Use the dropdown menu to set your camera preference.
Brave
To unblock your camera and mic:
- press on the red camera icon on the right side of your address bar.
- You will then see a pop-up appear with an option to allow Turing to access your camera and microphone.
- Select Always allow and then press Done.
