f you encounter problems with ID validation, the actions required depend on which flow you are in:
Turing Platform Flow

Pay close attention during the ID validation step, as only one attempt is currently granted.

If the validation fails, you will need to wait until you receive a new project invitation to try again.
Deel Flow

You will have two opportunities to complete ID validation with Deel’s partner.

The Deel team may request additional documents during the process.

If both attempts fail, you can request a manual validation directly in your Deel account.

Important Reminder
Make sure to complete the ID validation process as soon as you receive the project invitation. Delays in validation may lead to delays in your activation and onboarding.
