I have issues with my Gmail and credentials

If you’re facing issues with your first login to your Turing email, please make sure that:

  • You are following the first login guidelines, and

  • You are using the password provided to you (sent to your personal email along with your Turing email ID).

If you still experience issues accessing your Gmail account, please reach out directly to our IT team at turingitsupport@turing.com. Contacting them will ensure a faster, dedicated response.

If you don’t receive a reply within 24 hours, let me know and I’ll connect you directly with one of our Level 2 agents.

For Slack and other platforms pleease ensure that you check your Turing email inbox after you log in. Invites will be there.
