My Turing profile projects and details are missing.

If you're experiencing issues where your projects, details, or other updates are not saving, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and report the issue!

Step 1: Resume Upload

Initially, if the information vanished after you uploaded a new version of your resume in the Basic Info section of your Turing dashboard, kindly inform our support team so we can review your case with the Technical Team.

Step 2: Record Your Screen Using Loom

If you haven't uploaded a new version of your resume and are experiencing issues with missing or unsaved profile information, we kindly ask that you record your screen while trying to add or update your projects and details.

  • We kindly request you to use Loom is a great tool to help you capture this process effectively.
    • How to Record Using Loom:
      1. Visit Loom and sign up (if you don’t already have an account).

      2. Click on “Record a Video” and start capturing your screen.

      3. Try adding or modifying your projects or details on your Turing profile.

      4. Ensure that the recording clearly shows the issue (e.g., updates not saving, disappearing details, or error messages).

      5. Once recorded, copy the video link and share it with our support team.
