How do I know the status of my job application?

This article provides an overview of the status, updates, and feedback regarding your submitted job applications within the Jobs section of the Talent Portal.

Application Status and Feedback

After clearing all the tests and successfully submitting your application, your profile will be under review in the selection process.

The review process may take up to 6 weeks, depending on client feedback. Due to the high volume of applications, we will not notify applicants who are not selected for the next steps. If you do not hear from us within this timeframe after completing the application process, it indicates that you were not selected for the position.

It's important to understand that the final decision to select a developer for a job rests solely in the hands of the clients.

We want to reassure you that while a particular opportunity may not have worked out, your skills and seniority level are highly valued by our team. Our Matching team and AI engine will continuously be working to discover more opportunities that align with your skills and experience and, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp as soon as we have any other recommendations or if you are selected for a client interview!
