Where and how can I apply for jobs in Turing?

You can apply on Turing's Jobs page or inside the Developer Portal.

Jobs Page

You can see available offers that your profile can be considered for at our Jobs page. When applying on the jobs page, you will be redirected to the Developer portal where you will sign up for our vetting process.

After completing the vetting process, our AI and Matching team will be looking for jobs that match your skills and seniority, but you can also apply directly.

Jobs Dashboard

The Jobs section is presented inside the Developer Platform Dashboard. Job applications that match your skills and seniority will be listed here. You will be required to fill a form and to take additional assessments taylored for these specific positions.

Enterprise Applications

Like in the Jobs section, you may receive a enterprise form and assessments that may include quizzes, coding challenges, and practical challenges tailored specifically to the job offer.

Non Developer roles

Non developer applications will be displayed inside the Jobs section or via an Enterprise link, were the applicant will have to fill the form and take the assessments taylored for the positions.

You can read more about non-developer roles, here

Opting out of applications

Kindly note that you are not obligated to apply for any offers you receive. You have the option to opt out of any invitation or recommendation that you do not wish to pursue.

What happens if I fail the assessments?

If you fail one of the assessments, you will not be considered for that particular offer. However, you will still be eligible for other opportunities that do not require the same assessments.

What are the next steps after completing the application?

After clearing all the tests and successfully submitting your application, your profile will be under review in the selection process.

This step can take up to 6 weeks based on client feedback. If you do not receive any communication from us within that period after completing the offer process, it means you were not selected.

It's important to understand that the final decision to select a developer for a job rests solely in the hands of the clients.

We want to reassure you that while a particular opportunity may not have worked out, your skills and seniority level are highly valued by our team. Our Matching team and AI engine will continuously be working to discover more opportunities that align with your skills and experience and, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp as soon as we have any other recommendations or if you are selected for a client interview!

For any other queries, feel free to contact us via chat or email at support@turing.com—we’re always happy to help! 😊
