Why Are My Hours Showing Zero in my Payments App?

This is normal before payment processing is complete. Here's what to know:
Payments apps will reflect your hours after payroll is finalized.
Hours shown in the payment app come from the time tracking system (e.g., Jibble).
If hours are not logged before the cutoff date (last calendar day of the month), they won't appear in the payment app for that cycle.
