Why Are My Hours Showing Zero in my Payments App?

This is normal before payment processing is complete. Here's what to know:

  • Payments apps will reflect your hours after payroll is finalized.

  • Hours shown in the payment app come from the time tracking system (e.g., Jibble).

  • If hours are not logged before the cutoff date (last calendar day of the month), they won't appear in the payment app for that cycle.
