Step 1: Confirm in your payment app if the Setup Is Complete

  • Log in to your payment app

  • Check that all onboarding steps are complete:

    • Identity verification

    • Compliance documents uploaded

    • Service Agreement signed

If anything is incomplete, payment cannot be processed. Finish setup as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Step 2: Contact Payment App Support

  • Use the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the payment app page.

  • Ask about your onboarding status or any missing steps.

Step 3: Still No Payment After Completing Setup?

  • Contact us using our AI Assistant, ALAN, in the bottom-right of this page and request to speak with a human agent.
