Step 1: Confirm in your payment app if the Setup Is Complete
Log in to your payment app
Check that all onboarding steps are complete:
Identity verification
Compliance documents uploaded
Service Agreement signed
If anything is incomplete, payment cannot be processed. Finish setup as soon as possible to avoid delays.
Step 2: Contact Payment App Support
Use the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the payment app page.
Ask about your onboarding status or any missing steps.
Step 3: Still No Payment After Completing Setup?
