Status of my referrals

Inside the Referral Dashboard you can track:

  • Who you’ve referred

  • Their application status

  • Whether they’ve completed onboarding

  • Your reward eligibility

What do I need to complete before receiving rewards

To receive referral payments, you must complete your onboarding steps inside the portal. These include:

  1. Accepting the Turing Terms of Service and additional referral terms.

  2. ID Verification (to confirm your identity).

  3. Tax Form Submission (required for compliance).

  4. Adding a Payment Method and completing Turing Wallet setup (so rewards can be sent to you). To add your payment method:

    • Open your Turing portal and go to the Referral Dashboard.

    • In the onboarding checklist, complete all required items.

    • Select Connect your payment method to add your bank details.

How to access and withdraw your referral payments

  1. Log in at https://work.turing.com.

  2. Navigate to Workspace > Payments to access your Airwallex wallet.

  3. Verify that you’ve completed all required setup steps, including referral terms acceptance, 2FA setup, ID verification, tax information, and payment method setup.

  4. Once the payout is posted to your wallet, click Withdraw to transfer the funds.

Important: Even if your referral shows as "payout eligible," payments cannot be processed if your Turing Wallet setup is pending. Complete your wallet setup and contact support to process the payment.

Note: If your ID verification fails, you can still share referral links and participate in the program, but you cannot receive rewards until verification passes. If your account is verified later and a referred candidate completes the required milestones, you will become eligible to receive those rewards.

How much are the Referral Program Rewards

Rewards are displayed at the job level on the Referral Page, and you can also track it on the Referral Dashboard.
