How to Regain Access to a Suspended, Locked, or Inaccessible Account

Last updated: June 3, 2026

If you're having trouble accessing your account due to a suspension, lockout, or forgotten password, the steps below can help you restore access.

Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password or need to update your login credentials, you can change your password directly from your developer dashboard settings:

  1. Go to https://work.turing.com/dashboard/settings

  2. Under Account > Your Password, enter your current password and set a new one.

  3. Click Change password to save your changes.

Account Suspended or Locked

Accounts can sometimes become suspended or locked due to reasons such as extended inactivity or multiple registrations using the same email address. If you are unable to log in and the steps above do not resolve your issue, you will need to contact usfor assistance. When reaching out, be prepared to provide:

  • The email address associated with your account

  • A description of the issue you are experiencing (e.g., suspended account, duplicate email, login failure)

Our support team can help restore access, resolve duplicate account conflicts, and update the email address linked to your account.

Please note that, in the event of an offboarding, your access to Turing systems and tools will be revoked. Our team will also contact you with any relevant information and next steps.

Unable to Use "Forgot Password"

If the standard Forgot Password flow is not working for you — for example, if you are not receiving the reset email — please check your spam or junk folder first. If the issue persists, contact support so we can manually assist you in resetting your credentials.
