Last updated: June 9, 2026
If you're having trouble accessing your account due to a suspension, lockout, or forgotten password, the steps below can help you restore access.
Resetting Your Password
If you've forgotten your password or need to update your login credentials, you can change your password directly from your developer dashboard settings:
If You Cannot Log In
If you're locked out and cannot access your account:
Go to the sign-in page and click the Forgot Password link
Enter your email address and submit the form
Check your email inbox for the password reset link
Follow the link in the email to set a new password
If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder
Under Account > Your Password, enter your current password and set a new one.
Click Change password to save your changes.
Account Suspended or Locked
Accounts can sometimes become suspended or locked due to reasons such as extended inactivity or multiple registrations using the same email address. If you are unable to log in and the steps above do not resolve your issue, you will need to contact usfor assistance. When reaching out, be prepared to provide:

Please note that, in the event of an offboarding, your access to Turing systems and tools will be revoked. Our team will also contact you with any relevant information and next steps.
Unable to Use "Forgot Password"
If the standard Forgot Password flow is not working for you — for example, if you are not receiving the reset email — please check your spam or junk folder first. If the issue persists, contact support so we can manually assist you in resetting your credentials.
