Quick flow crosswalk: "Where to find contracts, payslips and invoices"
Turing Flow
Where to find contracts & invoices: work.turing.com → Workspace → Payments and Workspace → Service Agreements.
How payments appear: Payments for this flow are processed directly to your bank account and invoices are available via the Developer Portal. Deel is not used for payments in this flow.
Deel flow
Where to find contracts & payslips: Sign in to your Deel account (documents and payment history live in Deel). To access your contract: 1) Log in to your Deel account, 2) Navigate to the Contracts section, 3) Select your active or previous contract, 4) Open the contract to review the details or download a copy for your records.
How payments appear: Payments and payslips for this flow are visible inside Deel.
If you have signed a contract but are unsure about your flow and you are yet to start working, please email support@turing.com to connect with our Onboarding team.
If you have already started working and need support to see your contract:
If you were engaged through the Turing flow: a Deel contract is not part of the flow. This is different from our previous process, where Deel contracts were standard. Your engagement with Turing is now based on the Terms of Service and Service Agreement(s) you accepted when you selected your project. Those documents set out the framework for your current work with Turing, and your onboarding is complete without the need for a separate Deel contract.
If you were engaged through the Deel flow: please access Deel's app to see your contract and onboarding status. For further help please reach out to Deel's support on their website.
If you were engaged through one of our partner's flows: your contract will be provided by the partner, and you can reach out to them directly for support.
If you were engaged directly through one of our entities: please email support@turing.com so that our internal team can help you with the answer.
