Understanding Application Review Status and Timelines

If you have submitted an application and are wondering about its status or when you can expect a response, this article outlines what to expect during the review process and how to get help.

Application Review Timeline

The review process can take up to 6 weeks from the time you complete your application, depending on client feedback and the volume of applications received.

Due to the high volume of applications, not all candidates will receive a notification if they are not selected for the next steps. If you have not heard back within 6 weeks of completing your application, this typically indicates that you were not selected for the position.

How to Check Your Application Status

You can monitor your application status directly through your dashboard. If your candidacy is not selected, your application status will be updated from "In Review" to reflect the final decision. Applications you were not selected for will also appear in the Archived Applications section under the Jobs page.

If you need to contact support for an update, please have the following information ready to help expedite your inquiry:

1. The application type (e.g., role or program name)

2. Your full name and the email address used to apply

3. Any reference or application ID, if available

4. The date you submitted your application

Feedback on Application Decisions

Individualized feedback explaining why an application was not selected is not provided, due to the nature of the evaluation process.
