Why Were My Hours Removed or Rejected in the Payment app?

You may see messages in the payment app about hours being "removed" or "rejected."

This is expected during finance processing.

  • No action is needed unless payment hasn't arrived by the 8th calendar day.

  • If it's past the 5th and still unresolved, contact us using our AI, ALAN, in the bottom-right corner of this page and request to speak with a human agent.
