All active contractors at Turing receive a professional Turing email address, which is created during the onboarding process.
How to log in

Check your personal email
After completing your onboarding (either through our platform or via Deel), you’ll receive an invitation email within 24 hours before your start date.

Sign in using your Turing email address and the temporary password provided in the invitation email.
Make sure to change your password after your first login.

Once setup is complete, you’re ready to start using your Turing email!

Additional invitations to Turing sessions, Turing University, and other internal systems will be sent to your Turing email account during your first day.

Troubleshooting
If you experience any issues accessing your Turing email or encounter login errors:
2-Step Verification and Login Issues
Blocked at Google sign-in due to 2-Step Verification policy: Set up 2-Step Verification using Google Authenticator (required for Turing email) and then try signing in again.
Never completed first-time setup for Turing email: Find the invitation email in your personal email inbox, use the temporary password to log in, change your password, then set up 2FA with Google Authenticator.
Previously had 2FA but lost access to your authenticator: Use a backup/recovery code to log in and reset your 2FA.
No backup codes available or still can't pass 2FA: Request a manual 2FA reset by contacting turingitsupport@turing.com. Include your Turing email address and specify which step is failing (temporary password, password change, 2FA enrollment, or code entry). After your 2FA has been reset, re-enroll by following these steps:
Select Security
Select Turn on 2-Step Verification
Enroll for 2FA using Google Authenticator and Mobile number
Forgot or incorrect password and 2FA lockout: Try these self-service recovery steps first:
Go to the Google Account Recovery page
Enter your Turing Gmail address and follow the prompts
Try known passwords you remember
Choose a verification option you can access (phone, recovery email, or security questions)
If prompted, provide the month/year you created the account and other details you recognize
If you have 2-Step Verification enabled, use a backup method such as backup codes, authenticator app, or security key
If you don't have access to recovery options, select “Try another way” until you reach the form that lets you submit additional details
After submitting, monitor your recovery email/phone for Google's follow-up
Check your spam/junk folders for any reset emails
If self-service recovery doesn't work:
Send a request to turingitsupport@turing.com with your Turing email address and a brief description of the issue.
If you're completely locked out and can't email from your work account, use a personal email to contact turingitsupport@turing.com with your full name and Turing email address, and request a password reset.
For Turing email and 2FA issues, contact turingitsupport@turing.com; for other Turing account issues, contact support@turing.com.
2FA reset for Turing Portal access: For 2FA issues related to accessing the Turing Portal using your personal email address, you can also use the 2FA reset form (in addition to contacting IT support).
Other issues: For non-login related questions, contact our team at our channels.
